Etsy Shop Launch

Hope you all had a fab Christmas and New Year! I have been busy finally setting up my Etsy shop! You can now buy my jewellery, cards and bags online, which is very exciting! More items are being added each week, so keep checking back! And as a launch special there is 10% OFF EVERYTHING! But be quick it is on for one week only!! It is also the launch of my new brand name Cat-a-Cake Creations (I hope you all like it)!

December Makers Boutique

A few pics from the Makers Boutique on Saturday. There were lots of lovely handmade gifts to be found for Christmas gifts from the Brighton crafters…

My Stall at The Fairy Tale Fair

Well this time last week it was a lovely sunny Saturday and we were busy setting up The Fairy Tale Fair! If you haven’t already seen here are a few pics of my stall at the fair. The Cake House Artists House May 2012

As well as number 73 Stanmer Villas I am part of another artists open house for May 2012, The Cake house (37 Cleveland Road). The house is full of wonderful gifts, including beautiful paintings, prints, mirrors, cushions, lampshades, paper cut outs and more. As well as lots of yummy cake of course in the cafe. The house is welcoming, family friendly and full of colour and glitter. There is something for everyone so please pay us a visit!

Nursery Rhyme Collages

Some 3D collage scenes I created for a book of nursery rhymes last year….

They were all created by hand, made as scenes and photographed then sketches added on screen.

Top DrawerVisit

Yesterday I visited Top Drawer exhibition in Earls Court, London. There was so much to see didn’t get time to see everything but of what I did see was brilliant! Spent most of the day having a look around the greetings, stationary, children’s and gift sections! Spoke to some lovely people on the stalls as well. Pics to follow, and more posts soon on my favorite stands, so keep checking back!

Print and Pattern

Have loved this blog for a while now…some really lovely stuff! Heres what I came across today….

Love this fabric print by swedish fabric company mairo. It’s so cute! It is part of a new children’s collection designed by sandra isaksson.

Also love this calendar, which stands out from your usual calendars. It is designed by monkey mind design.

St Johns Christmas Fair Sat 3rd Dec!

Christmas Artists Open House!

 It’s almost that time of year again! Christmas is not far away now, and I’m pleased to announce this year I will be part of two artists open houses in Brighton. The first of which is advertised above, at Nick Orsborn’s house, number 73 Stanmer Villas in the Fiveways trail. The house is friendly, welcoming and has lots of affordable gifts and lovely stuff!

I will be selling a range of crafty gifts including prints, badges, pocket mirrors, cotton bags, t-shirts, cards, postcards, mugs, christmas stockings, goody bags and more. Lots of sparkle and Christmas Fun! Please come along and visit!
